I grew up in my dad’s old school photography studio, stealing his gear to use for my high school photography class. After photographing my first wedding in 2006 when I was 16, I knew I loved it. Since then I’ve had a the pleasure of photographing hundreds of weddings, all over Australia and even overseas, plus working with range of large brands for advertising campaigns.
I live in Burleigh Heads, with my wife Chloe, and our two little babes, Avery & Addy. Plus a pretty cute Cavoodle, Bailey.
I’ve always viewed weddings as amazing celebrations where you get to marry your best friend, and I love being a part of that! When you look back at your wedding photos you should not only see what you looked like, but also remember how you felt. That’s something very special.
Photographing ridiculously happy people in amazing locations is the best thing ever. I aim to capture genuine emotion and stories as they happen, always keeping things relaxed and never forced - natural, authentic images that capture real moments, finding a balance between photo-journalistic and fine art styles.
